Live coaching is about diving deep into what’s happening in your mind in the moment. Claire helps you cut through confusion, pain, and overwhelm to get to the root of what truly matters—whether you’re heartbroken or looking for love
Everyone’s journey is unique, yet deeply relatable—that’s the beauty of group coaching. You’ll receive direct guidance while also gaining powerful insights from observing others being coached. This gives you a deeper understanding of the process and helps uncover your own blind spots in a way that goes beyond self-coaching, leading you that much closer to being healed, whole, and madly in love
ANONYMOUS CONTAINER
Group coaching sessions take place in a Zoom webinar format, meaning only Claire and the person being coached are visible—everyone else remains unseen unless they are actively receiving coaching.
You’ll have the opportunity to raise your hand for coaching during each session, and for added anonymity, you can edit your name to a first name or pseudonym of your choice.
VARYING CALL TIMES
We meet twice a week, with call times evenly rotated among approximately 8 AM, 12 PM, and 3 PM PST to ensure fairness and accessibility. For example:
• Week 1: Calls at 8 AM & 12 PM
• Week 2: Calls at 12 PM & 3 PM
• Week 3: Calls at 8 AM & 3 PM
This pattern continues so that all time slots are evenly distributed. You’ll receive the coaching calendar mid-month for the following month, giving you at least two weeks’ notice to plan ahead for the following month. All calls are recorded. Calls are not mandatory to end live and you always have access to the recordings in the member portal.

Simply put, Claire taught me how to trust myself again.
