CLAIRE THE HEARTBREAK COACH LLC

HOLIDAY CLARITY SESSION AGREEMENT

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Claire the Heartbreak Coach LLC (“Coach”) and you (“Client”) for the purpose of participating in one (1) Holiday Clarity Session.

1. Services

Coach agrees to provide Client with one (1) 45-minute private coaching session via Zoom (“Session”). The focus of this session is to provide emotional support, clarity, and guidance during the holiday season.

2. Payment

  • The total fee for the Holiday Clarity Session is $250 USD, payable in full at the time of booking through Calendly.

  • Payment must be received in full before the session date and time are confirmed.

  • All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or reschedules are permitted.

3. Coaching Relationship

Coaching is a collaborative process designed to support personal growth and clarity. Coach’s role is to guide, question, and offer tools and insights; Client is responsible for implementing any strategies discussed.
Client understands that coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment, and Coach does not provide legal, financial, or psychological advice.

4. Confidentiality

All information shared during the session will be kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others, or a court order).

5. No Guarantees

Client acknowledges that results vary based on individual effort and participation. Coach makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Client agrees that Coach shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or adverse outcomes resulting from the coaching session. Client releases Coach from any and all claims related to participation in the session.

7. General Terms

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in Los Angeles County, California. This Agreement represents the full understanding between Client and Coach and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements.

By booking your Holiday Clarity Session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
