Heartbreak Podcast - Loving Your NO

Something my clients struggle with is the balance between having an open mind and knowing when they should say no to dating someone. In this episode, I talk about loving your “no” and not just being ok with, but owning what you do and don’t like in your dating life and with a partner. If you are someone who has a lot of nos and restrictions, then this isn’t the episode for you. But maybe you’ve found yourself in a similar situation as a client of mine, dating someone who you don’t actually like, but you feel like you should give them a chance because they’re a nice person. Get clear on what you don’t and don’t like, and if you trust that your thoughts create your results, you can find Mr. or Ms. Right and call them in.

If you are looking for more of a hands-on guide, I am so excited to share with you that my course, How to Stop Wanting Him Back and Find Someone Better, is coming soon! I believe that this topic of heartbreak is about more than just how you’re showing up in your dating life. In the different sections, I cover thought work, how to stop wanting him back, falling in love with you, and finding someone better, and I truly believe this will change your life. To be one of the first to know the release date, subscribe to my website, where you’ll also receive my free video, How to Stop Wanting Him Back in 3 Steps.
