I recently did a session with a new client and she said that all she wants is to stop thinking about him. In our session, the overriding thought, and I hear this from many of my clients, is that they are frustrated or sad because that person is in their mind 24/7. In this episode, I share with you why this kind of thinking isn’t serving you, and the questions you can ask yourself in order to end the unnecessary pain of breaking your own heart.
