Heartbreak Podcast - I ALWAYS Get My Heart Broken

Have you ever thought to yourself, “I always get my heartbroken”? That happened with a client recently who sent me her thought work using one of the thought models I use with my clients.  Your thoughts create your results. Having this thought of always getting your heartbroken will ensure that you do in fact, get your heart broken. In this episode, I walk you through how to examine this thought and unpack it, so that you can see where it’s not true. And from there, how you can shift your thoughts and you can begin to heal and call love in.

Maybe you’re doing this work and it’s not working, or maybe you can’t really see how to change your thoughts. This is where a coach comes in, because they can see your blind spots that you just can’t see. If you are interested in getting one-on-one coaching from me, I’m not currently taking new clients, but you can apply for my waitlist. I am also working on creating a course, How to Stop Wanting Him Back and Find Someone Better, where I share with you the tools to stop wanting him or her back and how to fall in love with you before finding someone better. This course is coming in November. To be one of the first ones in the know for the release date, subscribe to my website, https://clairetheheartbreakcoach.com/.

PLEASE NOTE: Claire refers to her exes and the listener’s ex as a “he,” based on her own personal experience as a heterosexual female, but this work can be applied to ANYONE going through heartbreak.
